Turning a negative into a positive
Recruitment companies have a bad name. For many recruiters with strict targets, they have to churn a lot of CVs and fill a lot of roles quickly. That’s not how we work.
We won’t just send you a pile of CVs off the bat. Instead, we will get to know your business, get to know the team, and understand where this role fits in. We will work with you to understand what boxes need to be checked, and more importantly those little extra bits you’re looking for before interviewing a shortlist of candidates on your behalf. We will then send you just a small handful of candidates that we feel will work for you saving you a lot of manpower and time with a long interview process.

We invest in you and your candidate
Most of the time, if you employ a recruiter you pay the recruiter a fee on the candidate’s start date. We do things differently.
At Exceda, we have a dual investment model. Moneywise this means that you spread your payments across a 3, 6, or even 12 month period and if things don’t work out with the candidate then you simply stop paying us.
What that means in terms of your recruitment experience, is that we will keep in contact with the candidate and you throughout these months, helping to deal with any issues that arise to help improve staff retention. It also spreads the cost over a period of months meaning that you pay for the service as you reap the benefit, and when the person you take on proves themselves to be a valuable asset to your team and delivers results over time.
This is a unique model within the recruitment market and we think it’s a win-win!
